Getting Started: How to Create Your First Transaction on Shekel Mobility
21 October, 2025So, you’ve successfully joined the Shekel Mobility community, and it’s great to have you on board!
Now, let’s walk you through the exciting process of initiating your first transaction. The process is seamless and designed to help you get started without any stress.
Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to creating your first transaction on the platform:
Step 1: Complete Your KYC and Business Verification
The first step is completing your KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This involves submitting your business verification details and uploading all necessary information about your car lot.
Once we review your six-month bank statement, an account limit will be assigned to determine your transaction capacity on the platform.
Step 2: Approval and Agreement Signing
After your application has been reviewed and approved, you’ll receive an email containing your Dealer Agreement and Guarantor Form.
Fill them out and get ready for a lot inspection: This is a scheduled visit by a Shekel representative to verify your business location and collect your signed documents, including a blank cheque.
Step 3: Float Wallet Creation
Once your sign-up process is complete, your Float Wallet is automatically created. This wallet is your digital fund manager, allowing you to make payments, manage your funds, and monitor your transactions in real time.
Step 4: Account Manager Assignment & Onboarding Support
After approval, a dedicated Account Manager will be assigned to you. They’ll be your main point of contact for guidance, support, and updates related to your transactions. Whether you need help understanding a process or completing your first deal, your Account Manager is there to support you every step of the way.
